The charismatic Plymouth painter was known as much for his romantic life with hundreds of woman, many his models, as for his prolific output of work and involvement with vagrants within the city.

The Man In The Red Scarf producer, Jojo, who has also written and directed the play, has spent two years , bringing to life one of Devon's most flambouyant characters. Lenkiewicz is played by former solicitor, Robert Cargill, who only turned to professional acting at 59 years old.
